Returns, Exchanges, and Refund policy

Thank you for choosing MMM for your purchases. We hope you enjoy your product. But just in case you need to return, exchange, or receive a refund, below are the steps you should take. We will be more than happy to help you however we can. Please also feel free to contact us during normal business hours.

NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS

If you are not happy with the quality of the product when it is delivered and want an exchange, please email pictures and a short description of the unused item to randy.phipps@mmm3.shop within 3 days of delivery. We ask that the item be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery. We will make it a priority to make it right and ship you another item if you are wanting an exchange. **Please note you are responsible for shipping costs back for an exchange**. MMM will pay to ship the replacement item to you.

Any items not being personalized can be returned/refunded within 14 business days. **Cost of return shipping will be your responsibility**. A refund will only be issued once we receive the item back, less the prior shipping fees. If you would like to refund/return, please email pictures and a short description to randyphipps@mmm3.shop within 3 days of delivery.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

All custom personalized items are final sales (No refunds will be issued on these items).  We cannot accept any returns unless you are shipping it back due to damage from transit issues during shipment. In the event that the item is damaged in shipping, we will exchange the item. Please email randy.phipps@mmm3.shop with pictures and a short description of the unused item within 3 days of delivery. We ask that the item be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery. We will make it a priority to make it right and ship you another item if you are wanting an exchange. **Please note you are responsible for shipping costs back for an exchange**. MMM will pay to ship the replacement item to you.

 

Any items "on-sale" (discounted) are final sale items. We are unable to process returns/refunds for these items. No exchanges on discounted items.

Quick notes:

  • We must be notified by email within 3 days of delivery for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

  • We must have the damaged items or returned items within 2 weeks for exchanges or refunds.

  • Pictures and short descriptions are required for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

    • Please be as descriptive as you can on what you are requesting in the subject line and body of the email.

  • No refunds on Personalized items

  • Discounted items are final sales – No refunds/No Exchanges
